Parents who volunteer for activities run by the parent teacher association for our children’s school often say these events are not run in the most efficient manner. Since these activities are run mostly by volunteers, they may not have the time to fully devote to the event.

You will want to use a design for your PTA or PTO website that has in mind the needs of your entire organization now and in the future. You will need to make sure it is a design that everyone can adapt to. It should also be a design where the responsibility can be handed off from one volunteer to the next. And don’t forget to keep it consistent. There is a natural tendency in all humans where we have become adverse to change.
